My layers look like that, if you see I use the clipping groups a LOT. But basically I have three layers.

Layer 3- Eye color + miscellaneous like shinies stuff Layer

Layer 2- “Lineart” Layer

Layer 1- Color Layer

This is the “lineart layer” NOT on a Multiply mode, so how do I do it? That little checkered box near your color swatches turn your brush transparent. I use it a lot…
